This is a personal training session tailored to the individual and their needs and their wants. A detailed performance log is kept so clients can easily assess their progress as they go. Sessions are scheduled every 5-7 days with Sara as your coach. This is a private session in a private setting . $55/$70 (depends on time). Scheduled at 45 mins and 1 hour time intervals. No membership or contract is required.

Small group training is available and is highly effective. Individuals can come 1 x or 2 x's weekly depending on ability and desired results. Same concepts and techniques are applied as individual training with less personal attention. Groups consist of 6-8 individuals and are at set times. Currently group classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings at 645 am and last approximately 45 mins.
